Hello Logicians, We're releasing a small game update today to fix a few issues and improve performance in large worlds. We're working on a bunch of other stuff and we'll have more updates for you soon. Single-file mods - EcconiaEver since Logic World released in early access, mod loading has been supported. Mods generally are dropped in the GameData/ folder.Most mods are distributed as folders containing all their assets. But Logic World always offered to also load mods as archive files (.zip, renamed as .lwmod). But due to how Logic World was structured internally, archive mods have been missing much of the functionality available to folder mods. New loading bars - EcconiaStarting the game used to take a lot of time, especially with 30 mods installed. Think of a Windows installer with its loading bar stuck at 99%. It's probably working, but it feels broken. In Logic World, there were no loading bars during startup.The real issue wasn't speed. It was perception. If something moves or spins, you know progress is happening and you're more patient. If nothing happens, it feels like the program froze.Nothing was shown because LogicWorld completed most of its initialization before rendering the first frame. That meant staring at a blank scre

Hello! We're releasing a game update today to fix some issues. There isn't much else to say about it so I'll wrap it up here lol. More updates soon!Here's everything new in 0.92.1:OutlinesAdded setting: "Outline Style"Added two new outline styles, "Fast" and "Balanced". These are alternative outlining techniques that look worse in exchange for more performance. The old outline style is now called "Beautiful".The default outline style is now "Balanced".Changed the default outline thickness from 5 to 4.Fixed a visual issue where the color of outlines would be affected by the Resize Component UI.
