Fixed an issue that would keep the menu from reopening when canceling from exiting the game. Locked the menu during Mayor Dialogue until it has finished.

First week of fixes Latte Stand Tycoon + has been out for nearly a week now, and thanks some incredibly helpful feedback from a couple of players a major bug has been found and sorted. This bug caused some of the players to have their world not "re-activate" after going to sleep, and the screen fading back in. Now those who were having this issue should be able to load back in and continue playing after going to sleep. Many apologies for this unforeseen issue for those of you who encountered it.
