Infiltrate discount may no longer exceed 90%. This additionally fixes a bug that was causing crashes when trying to capture a city with a 100% discount. Prosperity now decays more at higher values. Fixed a problem that was causing the Steam screenshot button to do nothing.

Added a "Large Print" mode that increases the size of resource icons and small text. Available under Settings. Fixed a bug that permitted the populations of some cities to go negative (including automatic repair for existing affected save games). Rebalanced blood drinker and wilderness raids: less likely to target small cities, reduced population loss, increases damage to prosperity.

Excavation rebalance: base chance to find a relic increased, effect of excavation depth on relic chance reduced, effect of excavation depth on action cost reduced, resource yield not affected. The Yields tab for cities below equilibrium control now also shows how many resources the city is expected to yield once it reaches equilibrium control. City details now show the rate of change for Current Control and Prosperity. Minor adjustments to various numbers (shouldn't be noticeable to most players).
