Added settings option: "Gamepad Mode". If you turn it off, the game will stop looking for a connected gamepad. For some users, the constant search for a gamepad prevented them from playing normally (in particular on Linux). The option can also be switched at any time with the F8 key. Almost all graphics and code are finished, mostly texts/sounds/balance remain.
