Protoball is a futuristic First Person Sports Shooter, a blend of basketball and soccer crossed with high tech futuristic style. Players athletically jump, slide, run, and dash around the arena trying to pass the Protoball through the opponents goal.

Added Custom Ball Skins! Choose from a growing selection of different ball styles. At the start of an online match, a player's ball skin will be chosen at random. From that point out, whoever scores a goal will get their ball's skin applied to it. If you don't want to see anyone's balls you can choose to only see your own ball skin in the settings menu! When selecting/choosing outfits you now have the option to apply the changes, previously it would just auto-save & apply your last selected item. Blank loading screen for some users should be fixed.
Hold Alt and shoot the ball to shoot it as a "Pass" - If you hit your teammate (or get pretty close) they will AUTO CATCH the ball without having to even look at it! We found that passing plays weren't getting executed as successfully as we'd like to see, and we think Auto Catch will make for a very fun mechanic that should enable more creativity in the arena. The games have been intense! New talent is popping up! And we've implemented a few changes and some fixes! Q - short shot meant for passing and trick plays implemented R - "Look At Ball" function, 2 second cool down. When you press R your character will face and look at the ball. When in possession of the ball Right Click on your teammate to notify them you want to pass. (Pro Tip : use R to look at the person wanting to pass to let them know you heard them!)
