Hey, card sharks! The second big content update for Kardboard Kings is now live! We've got three new card sets and a brand new (much requested) gameplay feature to help endgame players churn through their massive collections. As a note for any achievement hunters out there, all achievements referencing card sets (such as collecting a shiny of every card in the game) will be updated in 0.7.9 to require the new card sets as well. We've got three new card sets, eight new decorations and a host of bugfixes all come in our first big content update for Kardboard Kings. The new sets are each done by a new slate of guest artists (who absolutely knock it out of the park, by the by) and will seamlessly add themselves into your current save or a brand new file. Hey, card sharks! This is a very minor update that I did just want to flag for everybody so we're all on the same page. The last build created a rare issue with the magazine that nonetheless we wanted to clip off. That's all this takes care of. Bigger patch planned for Soon™ with some of the first exciting big news! This update pairs some low-hanging quality of life changes that we've seen folks ask for as well as another big round of bugfixes to stamp out any issues that have persisted since launch. Hey, Card Sharks! We’re pushing a small update that has a huge bugfix in it that I wanna take a minute to break down for you. We know that there are a number of players who pushed deep into the endgame and found issues with Postie Gustaf delivering mail to you. Of primary concern, this softlocked player’s games because he’d eventually arrive with no mail and you couldn’t exit the mail screen. Of secondary concern, this means players could tank their shop into the ground by losing all their money and cards. Both of these problems are fixed in today’s build.
