1) Increased the happiness threshold beyond which voters get complacent. 2) Reduced the maximum impact of complacency on voters. 3) Rubber Bullets, Tear Gas and Water Cannons now all reduce the likelihood of Environmental Protests. 4) Enviornmental protests are more affected by the state of the Environment and number of Environmentalists than previously.

1) Plane crash event now only triggers when there is a state airline policy enabled. 2) Fixed minor cosmetic issue with the rendering of some policy icons after just being cancelled on the intel screen. 3) Major update focusing on optimisation for rendering the game on low spec intel graphics cards, for much better framerate. 4) Update to starting game conditions for the USA to include the more up to date value for government debt (big change!). 5) Changed the settings for Poland to fix disproportionate number of wealthy citizens at start.
