I'm torcado, I have been developing games solo for over 8 years by now, most of which have been made for game jams such as Ludum Dare. Heck Deck is one of those games, originally made in under 48 hours for the Ludum Dare game jam with the theme "combine two incompatible genres." Heck Deck scored 1st place in Innovation, 3rd in Fun and Theme, and 5th Overall in that competition, out of over 3000 submissions.
