Complete and optimize for SteamDeck gameplay, and pass Steam's official verification. Assign meaning to the mind menu synchronization rate (degree of divergence from the Jason thoughts). Speed up the scrolling text in the factory TV news ticker. Optimize the performance of the rooftop view and cellar rail. Fix the black screen bug after the post-talk scene.
