100/1000 Level Speed-Runs

Tonight brings an update that adds 100/1000 level speed run modes. Dice have been added in addition to doughnuts and can be used with keyboard (Z) or joystick (X) (all configurable) to warp up 1-6 levels. This adds the challenge of doughnut scarcity as well as making the trip 2-3x faster. The path down is blocked in speed-run mode and there is no saving outside of casual mode. Two achievements have also been added.
