First Band Terminate Contract + Load Scout

* Fixed bug that when you terminate the contract with your first band you could not select the band from the slot on the right. * Fixed bug that when you load the game with a Scout Event on the calendar, the bands on the scout report were buggy.
Right Slot Bug Fix

When the player purchased the right studio slot first, there was a bug where the player was unable to select the Next Band button. This bug could be mitigated by buying the left band slot. But now we updated the build so the player can buy any slot first.
