Update - December 14 We appreciate your patience while we sort out what's been happening with refunds for users that purchased The Walking Dead: Betrayal through Steam. We are aware that a large portion of users have had their refund requests denied based on their purchase date exceeding two weeks. All users that purchased the game are eligible for a refund, and we've been working with Steam to identify what's been going wrong in the process. After considering a variety of paths forward, and with a great deal of discussion and reflection, Skybound Games and Other Ocean Interactive have decided to stop development on The Walking Dead: Betrayal. Despite the hard work put into the game, we were not able to find a path to build the spirited community of backstabbers we originally envisioned. On December 11, we will begin the process of removing the game from Steam, and as of December 15 the game will be shut down. All players who purchased the game will receive a full refund. Our November update is available now! This update brings with it matchmaking improvements, the post-match timeline, and lots of fixes. 4️⃣ 4-Player Lobbies Based on player feedback, we have reduced the number of players required to start a match to 4. When starting a match with 4 players, various aspects of the match will be tweaked to accommodate: The amount of materials required to repair the objective are reduced.
