The good news is that we are sure we fixed the big bug that made the game crash randomly. The bad news is that in the process we damaged the Mining Drill. We've been out of office for a few weeks and dealing with some seasonal flu and stuff, but finally we got hands back on deck and fixed the bug, so now the Mining Drill works fine again :D
There's a big bug that's been on our minds since the release day. The game crashes on certain computers, the crash happens randomly, is not easy to replicate, and it's not consistent on any particular level or section of the game. We've been tormented by this bug for a while now, but we found out there's a memory problem in one building. We fixed that and hopefully, the infamous crash bug will be no more. Hi! So, there's this annoying bug that's extremely difficult to replicate where, if you have two displays with different resolutions, the minigame with the circuits might not work correctly. It took us almost a year to finally replicate this bug, but we made it and fixed it!!! A few players also found a couple of localization errors, we also addressed those. Besides that, we have an announcement to make, we will probably make a public statement with more details, but for now, you'll notice that the splash screen is different. We got reports of a bug in the save system that would cause all the progress in the current objectives to reset when a level is loaded. Not all levels present this error, but in the ones that do (like Tarqeq), the bug can be really annoying. Thanks to everyone who reported it! A new game mode is now available! In Colonist Mode you'll work along with Captain Chen and Lieutenant Marconi in a prequel adventure where you'll have to manage a colony indefinitely. These people are your responsibility now, endure the toughest challenges and keep all your colonists safe!
UPDATE DETAILS 1.- Immerse yourself in a new game mode "Settler Mode" where you will command the fleet in the terraforming of a planet. We found some minor bugs in the text of some buildings. You probably didn't even notice them, but we did, and we are happy to improve even the smallest aspects of our game. We are also very happy to announce that we are working on something new, a new game mode!!! It's going to be something simple, a new mode to explore the mechanics of SOOT in a more freeform environment. It will not replace the intended gameplay of the levels, nor the story progression of the game, but we hope it will add more replay value to the game. This version includes several bug fixes and some localization improvements. Bug: The game does not properly save Shipped H2O - FIXED Bug: If the game is in a comic book section and the window is minimized, the music starts playing double - FIXED Localization Error: Level 3 - Ophion won't load properly in Spanish - FIXED Localization Error: Level 6 - Tarqeq won't load properly in Spanish - FIXED Localization Error: Saved Game message won't translate to Spanish - FIXED Localization Error: Asteroid Attractor messages won't translate properly to Spanish - FIXED

We found a few minor errors in some dialogues in the Spanish version.
