A build is one published version of the game's files on a branch. Steam assigns a new build ID every time the developer pushes an update, so this list is the update history of the app. The files inside a build (depot manifests) are only readable with an account that owns the game, which SteamRaw does not have yet, so build contents are not shown.

- Fixed yumyum spawning twice when eating a yumyum in Time Attack mode and restarting before a new yumyum spawns - Lowered canon aiming sound
- Time attack results panel text characters space increased - Trail added to bombs - Fixed not being able to place blocks where there were holes when playing Vanta Black after having played a Frozen Canyon building phase - Fixed the second items generation bonus being cancelled when using a second items generation bonus before the first finished - Fixed one column of one of the layouts of Frozen Canyon being in the foreground for blocks but not for ghost blocks.
Happy launch day! After a year and 7 major updates the game is no longer in Early Access and now features all of its content. There are still small things to fix here and there, and surely bugs that have not been reported to me yet (especially with the constant flow of added content that could have generate new ones), which is why I'm leaving the bug report panel in the game so players can continue sending in any issue they encounter while playing. No more content is currently planned for the game even tho a 5th picking phase have been designed and could be added at some point if we can afford
We finally reached the end of the Early Access roadmap! It was a quite a journey but we made it. The game will officially exit Early Access on May 15th. Building Phase Events Taking into account all the feedback we received since the Early Access release, what comes out of it is most players prefer playing Picking Phases than Building Phases. So to address it we decided to add special events that will randomly occur during most Building Phases. Meadawn As the first Building Phase to have been featured in the game, we decided to keep this one as it is. That way if some players still want to wit
I designed a bunch of new layouts for each building phase (except Lava Chambers) to address the environment monotony. I picked the 3 bests ones and added them to the game so now the game will load a random layout each time you play a building phase. {STEAM_CLAN_IMAGE}/42280611/21d6101cc68eb619e938273b4d4954c725ff4e59.png Also to make those more lively I added grass and weeds interaction so when you walk or jump the environment reacts to it. {STEAM_CLAN_IMAGE}/42280611/cc96ad7605c11d9fe1f8e92a5b51061821878d63.png Changelog Features - New building phase environment layouts - Grass interaction in
An Endless Feature Creeping Story Back in 2019 when we first designed the game, it was quite different from what it is today. The game had no bonuses, no minigames, no collection system, no games modes, and it was entirely focused on the stairs building aspect. It was quite a simple game but happened to grow into something way bigger than what we planned for. This is why I eventually decided to publish a 'Classic' version of the game, the game almost as we first designed it. The Classic version will be released as a free game on Steam in April 2024. Here is a look at one of the first concept a
With this newest major update, the game now has most of its content available and what's left will be added at the same time as the game fully releases into version 1.0 later this month. Bumpy Cranes In this new picking phase, you play in a 1v1 configuration against a member of the opposing team. Each player has its own crane that he can move to grab items to be used later in the building phase, but as you're playing on the same rail as another player you will have to fight for space control by pushing the other player back to his side bumper cars style. {STEAM_CLAN_IMAGE}/42280611/6368f946613
New Main Menu We're continuing to polish the game with a rework of the main menu. The game title still needs some improvement on clarity but we're getting there. {STEAM_CLAN_IMAGE}/42280611/2d73c8f1ac088abe19a3b275a02fbe01fd7a6da0.png Chain Reactions Whenever you hit a player of the opposing team with a bonus, if he was doing a QTE to use a bonus himself it will now create a chain reaction, backfiring on his own team instead of just cancelling the bonus he was using. {STEAM_CLAN_IMAGE}/42280611/00fea78fd674f4b0378fc6cba0b52368ab8eba38.gif Changelog Features - New Main Menu - Bonuses chain reac
This major update includes not one but two new building phases alongside a lot of improvements for the game. Everything that is included in this update was supposed to be published as 3 separate updates but we decided to change our plans and publish 1 huge update instead. Lava Chambers This new building phase has a unique feature, it's played in the gloomy and dark caves of the lava biome. All the colors are inverted and the only lighting is coming from the background which leads to some shadow like play. {STEAM_CLAN_IMAGE}/42280611/a9706938a1ddf95e173eb4f090a42ef8070908f3.png Frozen Canyon At
With this first polish update, the main part of the game has received new soundtracks. This has been an issue since the start as war drums did not fit with every part of the game. They are still being used for the Vanta Black and Time Attack game modes for the moment but will eventually be replaced with dedicated soundtracks once they are ready. Changelog Features - New soundtracks for the following game phases : Canons, Trampolines, Thorn Fields, Meadawn, Jungle Night, Main Menu, Tutorial Screen. Improvements - Music pauses when pausing the game - Language switching is now instantaneous and t
Yums Book Coming along the addition of 26 new yumyums, you can now track every single one you have eaten. {STEAM_CLAN_IMAGE}/42280611/39c61a6a266ce0ba8da561abbb321eed238a152b.gif Each yumyum has its own unique characteristics, taste and origin, all of which can be consulted at all times in the yums book. Achievements The addition of a collection system such as the yums book is the perfect time to add achievements support to the game, there are 52 of them to obtain right now and I'm planning to add more in the future with the upcoming updates. {STEAM_CLAN_IMAGE}/42280611/cd27d58f54e01adf369193d
New Bonuses The game now includes 6 new bonuses, which raises the total to 10. It was initially planned to have 4 added but I felt like some more ideas were worth the extra development time. So here are the 6 new bonuses and what they do : {STEAM_CLAN_IMAGE}/42280611/7b602752d40732ff87f04ac5470edf5c3d19fbd7.png Game Configurator Each time new content is added into the game, there is a risk players don't like a specific new thing and would rather keep playing the game without it. It is now possible with the new in-game configurator : disable anything from picking phases, building phases, blocks
Changelog Features - New walk animation - AI for the game's Demo Improvements - Refined animations Fixes - Fixed AIs having black eyes instead of red eyes when getting knocked back or when eating a yumyum - Fixed game over panel last item collection animation playing before the panel is on - Fixed Vanta bomb throw delay
THE FIRST MAJOR UPDATE FOR SMYS IS HERE From quality of life improvements to accessibility, this first major update is taking the game to a whole new level. The game being the most fun when playing as a 4 players party, it is unfortunately not always that easy to have 3 friends available at the same time to play the game, and this is what this update is primarily meant to address. Vanta Black Introducing a new game mode : Vanta Black. Despite being a competitive multiplayer focused game, SMYS has a pretty dense lore on which we rely on when adding new content to the game. When thinking about w
