Hello everyone! We're releasing a small security update today. Unity (which Verity was made with) was recently notified of a security exploit present in their game engine. Fortunately they have no evidence that this exploit was ever used. They notified developers once they had released fixes for all supported versions of their engine. This update is bringing that fix into the game. New: Gallery Locations: The gallery now allows Verity to revisit the locations she has discovered to see the lovely artwork and revisit world building details. Changes: Improved Hidden Object Game: This update continues to add new and improved quality of life features to the hidden object portion of the game including UI/UX improvements, labeling, and functionality. Improved location parallax: Some previously 'flat' locations are now properly layered and dynamically parallax. More to come in future updates! New: New Hidden Object Game Features: Some clues can be scanned in multiple lenses to get more information, and Verity can unlock the ability to detect multi-dimensional spirits. Expanded clue and lead dialog: Greatly expanded storytelling through scanning clues in multiple lenses, new dialog when following some leads, new environmental objects to inspect, and a new lead near the end of the game. New: New Gallery Feature: Now you can take a look at all the people, places, and clues you've encountered in the game as well as seeing what you're missing... Improved Player Analytics: We’ve been steadily updating our play through analytics to help us understand how you play, and how we can make the game better.
