We'd like to share some thoughts on Reus here! Reus has over a million players! They hail from all over the world and have played on different platforms. Sadly, the most requested platform—mobile—has never been reached. Reus was simply too heavy for mobile at the time, and now the tech is deprecated. Reus is out now; here's our Reus review. With the recent slew of god game projects like Godus and Maia, the lack of an embodied deity has been noticeable. Noticeable to you, noticeable to me, and (most pertinent to the rest of this news post) noticeable to Abbey Games. Godhood is out today in early access, the latest deity simulation from the fittingly theological-sounding Abbey Games. Not the first time they’ve taken on the concept of being a god (and in the game), but instead of steering the world-altering titans of Reus, this time your influence is a little more subtle. Create a god, set what virtues and traits you want to embody, then try and nudge your followers into going out and converting others to worship you, whether through music, violence or sexy dancing.
