I’m happy to announce the immediate availability of new and expanded content in The Crimping! An entire new world has been added with five unique challenges that will test your skills. I’ve also added several fixes and improvements throughout the whole game. Notable among these are two new in-game menu options: turning off the humorously corny AI voices and turning on “easy mode” (improving jumping, preventing walking off ledges, and making you invincible to most kinds of damage). Hello and thank you to everyone who has played The Crimping! I've heard you all and it seems the #1 thing you'd like me to change or improve about my game is to expand it out! I care about your feedback and want to let you know that I've been working on a very large expansion of the game that will greatly increase your playtime (with hand-crafted, Mama-made content, of course!). I'm happy to announce that The Crimping is now available to everyone! Thank you so much to all who beta tested and provided feedback. As a solo developer, it was such a delight to interact with all of you! :) It's been such a fun ride since I was challenged in February to make a horror game! Not only was it a delight to work on the game itself, I also very much enjoyed learning more about the Shanghai Tunnels and various hauntings in Portland. I hope everyone who plays my game has as much fun as I did making it!

Thank you so much to all the beta testers who have already started to give feedback! I’ve made a number of small changes and fixes with today’s patch. The most important of these are two quality of life changes: (1) bumping up the brightness of the game quite a lot and (2) adding a settings menu to change windowing mode, graphical quality, and audio volume level. I also wrote code to add some additional settings like custom key bindings and fine tuned visual quality, but I still need to finish the UI for these. Thanks again to everyone who’s tested and those who are planning to test this weeke
