It's time to learn all about the local multiplayer modes in CSD:R, but before we do make sure this baby is on your wishlists!On to the multiplayer!Have it Your WayThe original CSD had a distinct multiplayer mode separate from its sequels, and going into this project I wasn't sure which way we should go: have the multi be the Cook/Expedite mode from CSD 1, or the split screen multiplayer cooking from CSD 2 and 3? Hey everyone! David here, and we've been hard at work at makin' the remake to Cook, Serve, Delicious! Be sure to grab a wishlist if you haven't already!Today I wanted to give a sneak peek at some of the new recipes you'll see in the game! A big new feature I wanted to add is the addition of making nearly all the foods in the game upgradeable to five stars. Three foods will only be one star foods (Pretzels, Corndogs and Hash Browns), but the rest will be fully upgradeable. Hey y'all! I'm excited to announce that the Xbox One and Xbox Series S/X versions of Cook, Serve, Delicious! are coming February 28th, and the PS4 and PS5 versions will be following that later this Spring! (The Nintendo Switch version is available now!) Originally I figured that Cook, Serve, Delicious: Re-Mustard! would essentially be the first game's debut onto consoles, but having that strange gap of the first game not being alongside CSD 2 and CSD 3 had a lot of people wondering if it was de-listed or what exactly happened to the first game. Cook, Serve, Delicious is coming back with a ‘Re-Mustard’ (that’s a remaster - you have to admit, it’s a good pun) that adds a new campaign, typing mode and a bunch of other shiny new features to the fantastically intense meal-making PC game. The game is being revamped with new visuals, music and even a rebuild of its code to help it run in 60 frames per second, if that matters to you in a game about stacking burgers. Read more
