Redshirt has been updated to v1.04! This update is available immediately for Windows players, and Mac and Linux players will also receive the same update later today. Here's what the update addresses: REDSHIRT v1.04 FEATURE: Added an 'endless' game mode! BUGFIX: Fixed game breaking after some away missions for some players (due to new NPCs profile pictures not saving properly.) This has been addressed, and previously-inaccessible games should now be working again too. Redshirt‘s Spacebook sounds like the perfect idea: it’s a life sim which uses a social network as a metaphor through which to convey each character’s personal data and stats. The jokes write themselves. Add a Star Trek-like space station as the setting and you can almost see each element of the game’s design spooling out in front of you. As of yesterday, Redshirt was updated to v1.03 (for Windows players only, for now -- Mac & Linux updates are to follow.) This addresses a few remaining bugs which have been reported since the last update. A changelist is as follows: REDSHIRT v1.03 FIXED: Misreported away mission number of deaths. FIXED: Some players reported bug in NPC generation. FIXED (critical bug): Game was not ending for some players. FIXED: Friend requests after away mission from people.
