Many of you may also recognize the KS-23 from Escape from Tarkov, where it has become one of the game’s most recognizable shotguns. The KS-23 won our recent community vote, so we are now putting it into production! Interestingly, all KS-23 ammunition is of the “shotgun” type, using paper shells with metal bases. A new firearm model has been added to World of Guns — the Bechowiec-1, one of the rarest submachine guns developed during World War II. The Bechowiec was designed in occupied Poland in 1943 by Henryk Strąpoć and produced in underground workshops for the Bataliony Chłopskie resistance organization. Fewer than 20 examples are believed to have been produced, and only two original Bechowiec submachine guns are known to survive today.
