-Added Pixelation Slider back to the options. (Default value is 0%) Developer's Note: Adding this back because we got a comment about the pixelation slider reducing lag. Internally, the pixelation slider changes a value in Unity called Render Scale. When testing, I personally never noticed improved frames by cranking pixelation to 100%, but it doesn't hurt for us to add the option back in.
