Some Leftover Pickles
- fixed some dev tools showing their elbows and knees. - adjusted values and safety checks in crasher. - adjusted some UI elements that were too teeny-tiny.
TACO TERROR is a boomer shooter set in a cyberpunk future where capitalism rules everyone - except for you. Run, gun, choke, dive, jump, love(?), and slide your way through the forces of T.A.C.O. Take back New TACO City from these forces of fried evil before you become too... delicious.

A build is one published version of the game's files on a branch. Steam assigns a new build ID every time the developer pushes an update, so this list is the update history of the app. The files inside a build (depot manifests) are only readable with an account that owns the game, which SteamRaw does not have yet, so build contents are not shown.

Attention leftover-lovers 1 through 1,238,844, This is Brumhilda, your Head of TACO Corp HR, and I've given up my maternity leave to be here today. I'm kidding, of course, children are for the weak. What I have birthed today is an impressive array of tweaks, adds, subtracts, and all-around adjustments to Taco Terror: The Experience Edition* (*May or may not actually offer you an experience. Void where life is just a simulation). At the tippy-top of our changes list today is the addition of the brief, fun mini game we're calling Menu Madness. In this game, you'll have to mix the most dreaded as
A quick little sticky full of aroma to make your mouth water: This Wednesday, the Supreme Update is coming to bring some salt and love to your life! Full release notes will be available then, but suffice it to say, this is the big one!For those that have bought and played Taco Terror, you're about to get a nice injection of new fun to be had, and to those that haven't, you'll have a perfect opportunity coming up to cleanse yourself of your sins. Win-win!Smell ya later!
Hello Tired Finger Foods. Your glorious HR department has updated Taco Terror with the following changes: - Fixed audio bug at end of first street level where music would stop abruptly. - Swapped out SFX to be muted when volume is completely down at end of Street 1. - Fixed issue with Stock Crasher soft lock after victory. - Reworked death screen to now focus on correct button when loaded. - Fixed save system to checkpoint at appropriate sections.
Hello High-Card Treats, Today's additions to the taco Terror menu include: - Voice lines now not associated with a cutscene are set to their own volume slider in the Options menu. This makes it much easier to re-balance on the fly for your own hearing needs. - A fix for videos reliably playing when I ask them to. There was a decision made to make Steam Deck a priority, and for the videos, that meant re-calibrating to add in a certain codec, and it's not a codec every PC already has installed. Thus, this patch swings it back to PC-first, which is how players have been interacting with Taco Terr
Hello Lightly-Seasoned Saltines, The first patch for Taco Terror has descended and brings with it some help for taco lovers on Valentine's Day! - Fixed bug where options wouldn't apply until entering Options menu. - Fixed Stock Crasher cubes for some added stability. - Fixed issue where certain movies weren't viewable for Windows 10 users (Note: please make sure you're updated to DirectX11 or, preferably, 12 if issue persists.) - Fixed reminder text to prevent from staying on screen. - Adjusted Community Poopin' Hole trigger to spawn Baja Blast Grenade reliably. The next patch later this month
For Those About To Crunch, Taco Terror - the songbird of a generation - is finally OUT NOW! For those wishlisters looking for a good time, buy Taco Terror today for a launch discount. Remember that we have a few extras coming within the month: - Added audio fun for the instruction manual - A little secret for those that order the most takeout food... - I'm sure some patches to fix dumb things. For that last one PLEASE don't be shy about any bugs you see that stop you from having a good time. Post them in the Community Forums, and I'll at the very least consider everything posted before forgett
Attention Drive-Thru Lovers, Your head of HR is back from my prison stint for feeding my house plant melted cheddar cheese with some new prison ink and a whole pack of cigarettes worth of news. For those that haven't heard, Taco Terror is the best thing to ever to be recommended for consumption by 1 out of 10 doctors. Now, we have a video that proves it - and officially announces the final release date of Taco Terror to be February 11th! Please consume below: After your brain has been scrubbed clean by that moist jet, let's talk about what's coming at launch and what's coming soon after. Here'
Hello Pizza Party Lovers, This is your head of HR with another mysterious video to distribute company-wide. Since there's nothing I can do to stop this madman at this point, I've just accepted that this is my life now. As a result, we've made it official company policy at TACO Corp that if anything bad is happening, you must now just say "This is my life now". Those who do not comply will be deep-fried. I'm going to go salt a few of my assistants while you delete precious childhood memories and replace them with this two-minute video.
Hello Future Fired People, This is your head of HR again with another gun to their head and a video to distribute. This maniac even has a whole speech he wants me to give, but NO! I won't! I'm just going to drop his dumb video below and go to Shenanigans for a long lunch! If I don't come back, it's been absolute hell working here, and that Mr. T is a (redacted).
Hello Crispy and Floppy Alike, Your HR department has received an anonymous video from what appears to be a sentient pair of very-white hands. They, uh, know a few things about us that we would really have to kill all of you over if it ever got out, so we are compelled to deliver their message in full. This...the words are written in ketchup on a candy wrapper, but we think it's a...release window? Perhaps to Taco Terror itself - how exciting! The window is Q1 of 2025 for the full, unfiltered release of Taco Terror! Accompanying this defilement of candy is this video from the development "team
Attention TACO-Corp Drooling Seels: This is your loving HR department back and well rested after a summer break. Now, we are all ready to hear your complaints over the next 8-straight months of work. I have a new set of earbuds for every single one of you! Speaking of complaints, our box was very, very full when we cracked open the office again. Did we make the mistake of asking people for feedback and my Forget-Me-Now cocktails obliterated my short-term memory? I should’ve tipped that bar tender more than just one middle-finger. Look, my hangover meds are still about 3 hours away by horseback
Thank you EVERYONE that stopped by! We had a fair amount of technical difficulties so thank you for bearing with us and having some fun! Come around the water-cooler and see all thee is to see with the Taco Terror level designer and all-around bribable gentleman caller - Kyle Bee! What are you waiting for - GET IN HERE FOR FUN AND STAY FOR THE DECENT COFFEE! (Also, keep an eye out for some code giveaways!)

Hello Taco Traffickers, A quick note from your beloved HR department about some rodents that have been eating throguh our wires. Whomever released them into the men's restroom, your childish prank has the health inspector waving around legal documents. And he took my last piece of candy! You can expect the following changes to take place: - You enemies have al had your balancing tweaked across all difficulty levels. - We've fire-bombed the rat panzer divisions out of the Main Menu to prevent a potential soft-lock. - A few of you sprites have sharpened up and you'll stay that way, damn it! - Su
