Hi all, we have a bug-fix and stability update just for you. Enjoy ✨ Fixed: key failsafe system Keys in the world are physics objects. On rare occasions and very specific circumstances, the key can get pushed or blasted into inaccessible locations, so we added a failsafe system to handle this. Our previous failsafe system for this was the player would ask a cat cage, and this would draw a big arrow would point to the stuck key location. However, if the location was truly inaccessible, the arrow would just point to an inaccessible location... which ultimately wasn't too helpful. This update has

The arcade machines will now retain high score information between level loads. Shadow optimization. We added a shadow optimization that improves performance (thank you to dhewm3 for this!). Hi all, we're releasing this hotfix to address a couple crashes we've noticed. Swordfish crash (spoiler-text'd in case you don't want to know how the Swordfish works) When the Swordfish robot is in its death throes, it will automatically aim toward "juicy" entities (i.e. a Pirate) and fly toward them. There was a crash where if the target entity no longer had a physics component, the game would crash. This is now fixed. Healthstation crash The Healthstation has an announcer that plays a little sound when it detects an entity nearby that is below maximum health. Similar to the Swordfish crash a

Here are further fixes in this Hotfix02 update: Crash: Wiregrenade The wiregrenade weapon had a bug in its save-load system. The wiregrenade had a typo in its save-load logic, that was accidentally saving-loading an incorrect piece of information. This is now fixed! We have a future quality of life and bug fix update planned, but in the meantime, we have a small hotfix for some critical issues we've noticed. Crash: Duping an autopistol When the player was using the Duper on an autopistol, this was sometimes causing a crash. When a weapon hits the ground, it "misfires" by firing a round.
