Withering Rooms was an unexpectedly devious and absorbing slice of dollhouse action-RPG horror. As such, I've been looking forward to Withering Realms, the standalone sort-of-sequel, which launches in early access today. The new game takes place in the 1920s, following the 'premature' end of World War 1 thanks to an occult catastrophe. You play a ghost child, clinging to the shoulders of a living marionette. Demo available now! Ready for Early Access launch! The trailer is ready. The build is ready and has been tested for hundreds of hours by the community beta crew. But Steam is not ready... yet. Unfortunately, I still have no updates on when Early Access will be approved for launch, but to help make the wait easier, I've released a demo. Your save progress will carry directly over to the Early Access release. The demo covers the opening of the game and ends just before you travel to the town of Penwyll.
