Vint: Realtime Video Interpolation and CRT Emulation

Vint is a high quality and performant machine learning based interpolation and temporal upscaling system for most video formats, web sources, and video capture card sources in realtime. Vint supports BFI strobing and CRT scanout beam emulation based on the work of Blur Busters.
