The most-asked-for change since the limits shipped: you can now buy extra animations. The free allowance also grew, and got faster. New Buy extra animations - packs of 5, 10, or 20 through Steam, at $1 per animation (roughly what one animation costs us to render). New New animation engine - animations are now generated by a different model (MiniMax H3) running on our own servers. Motion looks smoother and more natural on most wallpapers, and picture quality improves on some. If it is ever unavailable, the previous engine takes over automatically, and the wait stays around five minutes either way. Mostly fixes this time. The big one, reported by several of you, is the app closing a second after launch on some PCs. If that was you, it should now start normally, and it will tell you how to fix things if it can't. New Stretch fit mode - a new wallpaper fit option that stretches the video to fill monitors whose shape doesn't match the wallpaper, instead of cropping it. A quick follow-up to today's update, focused on a smoother home screen and faster browsing. Improvements Community browsing is much faster - Explore rows, search, and the gallery now load almost instantly. Deleting the wallpaper you are playing now hands playback to your newest remaining wallpaper instead of leaving the screen empty. With an empty library, the home screen now shows a proper starting screen instead of a blank area.
