Hi everyone, v1.8.2 has now been released into BETA on the Beta branch so I can make sure there are no widespread compatibility issues before moving it to the main branch. Hi everyone, A small hotfix has been released which improves and addresses a few issues with the new Goals (Experimental) feature. This also includes a small UI fix so that when CielChan asks multiple follow-up questions to perform the task, the text no longer overlaps within that respective panel as well as a few other improvements and adjustments. There has also been a improvement to the Watch Together Game feature to handle memory and garbage collection more reliably, allowing lower-end devices to better utilize the feature with larger, more intensive games. Hi everyone,v1.8.1 has been released!Activity Awareness:Added an optional Activity Awareness button beside Tools which when enabled, allows CielChan to use small, temporary samples of non-sensitive typing activity to make Observations and Watch Together interactions feel more personally aware. Nothing is added to long-term memory, and sensitive fields and information are filtered where possible. Hi everyone,New optional compact Steam branches are now available for users who are not interested in local voice cloning and would prefer CielChan to take up less space/memory on their device. Hi everyone,v1.8.0 has been released:New Features Settings TabA new Features tab has been added to the Settings menu, providing a clearer way to control which capabilities load at startup, remain available on demand, or stay disabled. Each feature shows its current configuration, running state, requirements, dependencies, and estimated resource usage.A new Recommended Settings button considers your system specifications and selected app language to configure a suitable balance of compatibility, performance, and available features. Hi everyone, v1.7.9 has been released: Multilingual PocketTTS PocketTTS CPU voice cloning now supports French, German, Spanish, and Italian alongside English. The required multilingual models are included, and PocketTTS automatically uses the appropriate existing voice reference for the selected language when a personal reference has not been provided. Hi everyone, v1.7.8 has been released: New Local Voice Options Added Unity-Sherpa-ONNX as a lightweight local speech system, along with PocketTTS as a new CPU-friendly voice and voice-cloning option. PocketTTS can be enabled from the Chat & Voice settings beneath the RVC options. It is designed to provide responsive local speech on regular computers without requiring a large voice installation.
