With this update, I am feeling very comfortable taking the title out of Early Access! Significant Changes Added Tour Guide presentations for Neptune & Pluto (with subtitles), bringing the total Tour Guide content to 110+ minutes. Re-recorded Tour Guide presentations for the 3rd Earth stop & Jupiter. Music can now be easily toggled on and off via a new button on the dashboard. Users going through the tour a second time will have the option to fast-forward to the next tour stop. Improved visual appearance for Jupiter. Improved visual appearance for Neptune. Improved visual appearance for Pluto.

Hello everyone, I'm excited to give you this update! Significant Changes: New Tour Guide presentations for Saturn and Uranus (with subtitles), bringing the total Tour Guide content to 90 minutes. Last big update to dashboard and cockpit appearance. Planet labels no longer appear huge when approaching them, and look a little nicer. Improved menu/UI appearance. Each hand may now hold a different moon at tour stops with more than one moon. Vive Cosmos support. Minor Changes: Distracting button feedback is now suppressed while sitting and listening to Tour Guide. Venus is now less yellow. Cleaned

Significant changes: Added Tour Guide content for Ceres & Jupiter (with subtitles), bringing the total Tour Guide content to 75 minutes. Facelift for cockpit and dashboard. Dashboard height may now be manually adjusted by gripping the bottom of the dashboard. Once it is manually adjusted, it will stop trying to automatically adapt to your height. Minor changes: Improved the appearance of the data panel in Side-by-Side mode. Improved Touch controller appearance when using Oculus VR mode. Fixed lots of obscure bugs that have been around for ages! Additional changes patched in on Jun 27th in v2.5

It's that time again! Significant changes: Users can now see their hands for all supported 6DOF VR headsets except for WMR (will continue working on hands for that). Those using Valve Index controllers can simply grasp their controllers in order to see them in VR, and yes this update includes individual finger tracking. Added new dashboard buttons: Change planet maps, Rotate planets, Closeup view. Dashboard buttons now act like mechanical keyboard keys. Adjusted overall controller appearance + longer interactor tips for pressing buttons. All new calibration area. Rift S controller support for

The Singular change in this Update: Greatly reduced loading time. (From launching to giving user control of the experience: from 46 seconds down to 18 seconds on my PC) Apologies for the frequent updates lately! Hoping to make additional Tour Guide content the focus of the next one.

Minor changes only in this patch (unless you are a VR arcade, in which case this is an important one!). Minor Changes When returning to the Tour Map, there is now a Settings button to make it clear that you can go back to change certain settings. The Tour Map area now has buttons for quitting the experience. When using floor-level tracking and "not sensitive to motion", the tour cockpit's frame is now set to default to appearing "While Moving" (instead of Always On). Command-Line Additions Additional command-line arguments have been added: --go-directly-to-tourmap (This skips past the initial

Significant Changes: Tour Guide customization is now enabled. Anyone can now record themselves in VR (both motion capture, and microphone capture for voice) to create new Tour Guide presentations (that can be shared with others if you wish). To get started, check the Modding Info area inside the app (green options menu from tour -> Modding Info). It's easy once you know what to do, but perhaps daunting to get started, so I will publish videos in the near future to walk through the process. -- Note: If using a Rift/Rift S to record Tour Guide presentations, please run the app using Oculus SDK f

Grateful for the feedback I've received so far! I wasn't able to address all of it in this update, but I'm just getting started here. For now, here's what's new: * Tour Guide now has English subtitles (for all 62 minutes of tour content content currently available). * Modding/customization has been enabled. (If you're interested in customizing text, translations, subtitles, alternate planet maps, or planet labels, you may now do so. Look in the app's "modding info" area to get started. Coming soon: Ability to customize music / record custom Tour Guide presentations) * While at the Tour Map, us

The PC version of this title has been renamed to "Titans of Space PLUS". (The mobile version is simply "Titans of Space".) New Features: Tour Map: Easily jump to any part of the tour you've already visited! Tour Guide: A friendly character appears to talk your ear off! Work in progress and only available through Mars for now. Subtitles coming in the next update. Zero-Gravity EVA: Get out of your cockpit, and then use your thrusters and hands to move around the area for an up-close view of planets and moons, complete with surface labels and points of interest. Hello! A significant new update has been in the works for a while, and it is almost done. I'm currently just working out the kinks in supporting the upcoming Valve Index and its "Knuckles" controllers, the upcoming Rift S, and (officially) the Windows Mixed Reality headsets, as well as integrating SteamVR Input to make it easy to rebind controls to suit your preferences. Here's a general sense of what's in the new update: Tour Guide character and presentations (instead of simply voiceover narration like on the mobile version of Titans of Space) for the first few tour stops, Ability to view alt

For those that like to spend time at each tour stop, the "real photos" feature may prove to be significant. Otherwise, this update does not contain a major content update, and instead brings in all of the improvements made while polishing up Titans of Space PLUS for the Gear VR, minus the narration. Details below! Changelog: REAL PHOTOS Added real photos to most tour stops. These are curated images that highlight fascinating yet lesser-known features of the planet or moon in question. I was in the middle of freshening up the mobile VR versions of Titans of Space, and then someone told me that Oculus Remote support was sort of broken in Update #2. Oops! Decided to fix that and bring over the improvements I was working on back to PC right away. Fixed Oculus Remote support. Reorganized & simplified the first few menu scenes for a better user experience. The old "Wait for Input" and "Automatic" button interaction types are now called "Point & Click" and "Point & Wait". And, in Point & Wait mode, all buttons now show visible timer progression. Fixed the pixelly inner edges for S

This update mainly focuses on some of the feedback I've received regarding control issues, and comfort issues. The new comfort mode took a lot of time and research to get right, and I've written about the challenges I faced here. I've also thrown in some minor content additions and facelifts here and there. Meanwhile, work continues on bigger content and features that begin arriving in the next couple of updates after this one. Changelog: TOUR: New comfort mode! At the beginning, the experience will ask whether the player is sensitive to motion. The answer to this drives a ton of small changes
