Turn any video clip into a GIF or animated WebP on your own machine. Give it a size limit and it tunes width, framerate and colors until the real file fits, then tells you exactly what it traded. The preview is the actual encoded GIF, so the export holds no surprises. Runs on Windows and SteamOS.
