Ninjary ones... I was recently made aware that Steam removed their Media Player in the last UI Update replacing it with a Soundtrack Player. Nice thing about the old Media Player is it would automatically scan your installed game folders for any soundtrack albums and add them for you to play. This was how you would listen to the Straimium Immortaly soundtrack that came with the game files, but unfortunately the new Soundtrack Player can't do this so there was no longer a way to play the album natively in Steam... until now! A free Soundtrack DLC has been added to the Straimium Immortaly store

// bug fixes - The Incursion Timely Murder achievement wasn't triggering correctly. If you've already beaten an Incursion with the requisite time then just loading up the save file should trigger the achievement. - On the the Cubos Incursion save slot screen some of the class skins weren't showing correctly.

// bug fixes - The Itemarcania Satiation achievement wasn't firing unless you had every item at level 3 (should only need at least level 1 items). - If you used the Melt Time ninja power and then restart or quit the run via the escape menu then the game would stay at the slowed speed. - Changed the Spud Gun achievement wording so it's less confusing.

- In a Cubicus game mode there's now an increased chance the Armoury Stores will contain a Phasm Bomb and/or Virus (so unlocking the Robotica Orbica character is a bit less luck-driven). - Bossy Rushy: It's no longer possible to get a level 3 weapon in the first loop (made it a bit too easy). // bug fixes - The Shogun Balls Run and No Service Run achievements were only being given if the game mode was a Cubic. - In the Cubos Incursion game mode map's status screen the text was wrongly postioned. - You could open the Escape Menu on the title screen even when the settings were already being show

Some changes to the Boss Rush game mode to make it less completely random and generally a bit nicer to play. - You will now always be offered a pimary and secondary weapon upgrade each loop (previously it was completely random). - Increased the amount of pinkies you gain each boss kill so you can buy more tasty shop items. - The amount of boss wave reinforcements is now capped based on the current loop (previously it was infinite). - Buying health/mana at the shop increases their subsequent cost by more. - The loop number now increases the chance of shop items being at a higher level (previous

//bug fixes - During the Losty Astronaut character unlock scene, if the game mode is a Cube then it would cause a game freeze. - Added a check on the title screen that unlocks the Astronaut character if you delivered all the warp jewels (this is just in case you had the above game freeze as there wouldn't be a way of activating the unlock scene).

Your pinky thirst gnaws once more... Hey Straibros. Straimium was in need of a patch to get it shipshape for Steam Deck and something I've been thinking about doing for a while now is add in some sort of score mechanic and online leaderboards.. so that's what I did! :] I wanted the score mechanic to just reward good play and without needing to do weird cheese strats to maximise your score. So in the Crawl Game modes your score is increased for goldifying rooms and collecting pinkies. Killing enemies increases it too but they also have a kill multiplier if you keep killing them without getting

Unfortunately this coincided with there being growing issues related to high hz monitors. For some the game would speed up, for others slow down. The cublets are small single-biome dungeons and you can save your progress on the main map any time so it's more of a bite size game mode if you don't have time for a full crawl. Bit of a mixed bag this one. :] A new Robo boss and enemy have been added. There's a chance one of the regular bosses may be replaced by the Robo boss, but only if you have previously beaten that biome's alt-boss. The surrounding area may also be robo-tainted which replaces the regular enemies with the robo variety. A Seedly Runs section has been added to the Compendium. There are 10 special seeds right now that affect runs in varying ways. For example, the WARPROOM seed messes up all the dungeon biomes. The ROULETTE seed generates a new seed and randomly chooses a bunch of gameplay mutators.
