I didn't expect Fallout Shelter to cause me a minor crisis this week, but realizing that the free-to-play base builder first launched over a decade ago has terrified me. CNN reports that Tesla has opted to give up on allowing drivers to play video games while driving Tesla cars after a federal safety probe showed what should have been obvious from the start: Playing video games while driving is unsafe. Bethesda is reportedly suing Warner Bros. over the Westworld mobile game, which it claims uses Fallout Shelter code. According to TMZ, Bethesda is suing Warner Bros. and Behaviour Interactive, the developer of the game.
