Greetings, healers! Today is Healer’s Quest’s 5th anniversary! I just wanted to thank you all for playing the game and being here. I hope you enjoyed your time with Tanky, Grumpy, Beauty and Murky, and that they weren’t too hard on you. Hello everyone, A few days ago, Healer's Quest turned 3! Happy anniversary! \o/ This is the opportunity to update the game with a new quality of life feature: you can now change the difficulty, and adjust custom rules during the course of a game. You don't need to start a new game anymore to change these options. Just access the option screen available on the worldmap menu or on the menu before the combat. In the bottom left part of the option screen you'll find an option to change the difficulty. Clicking on it will send you to the difficulty selection screen, from which you can access the cu

Hello, dear healers! Update 1.1 is live on Steam! This includes ground breaking changes, like the addition of the Expert Mode which allows you to play with 5 different spells instead of 4! Patch notes 1.1.00 The EXPERT MODE has been added. You can now play Healer’s Quest with 5 spells in your spellbar instead of 4. But watch out because enemies are tougher in Expert Mode. This update adds a new spell upgrade for the spell Immune. When selected, this upgrade makes you pay 4x the mana cost of the base spell when all your allies are alive, but casts Immune on your whole team. I think this upgrade is an important "quality of life" boost for players who use or plan to use Immune as a way to counter abnormal statuses.

It’s now clear that some spells received more love from the players than others, and some of them are seen as poor choices. As the game is widely considered to be on the hard side, it make sense to leave the powerful spell as they are, and give some love to some of the weakest (or less used) ones. - New save game system allowing players to share, copy, backup and import their saved games on different computers. Enemies could attack their dead bodies, and the Life spell didn’t work. All fixed.

I took me 4 years to create the game, and I’m glad so many people are finally enjoying it right now! It’s always daunting to present our work to an audience, but the 90% positive reviews you gave to Healer’s Quest is sure something huge to me! - When retrying a combat against the guards, you could sometimes be teleported directly into the prison without any dialogs playing. - In “Impossible” difficulty, Tanky and Grumpy are now fully healed at the beginning of the third level, so that it’s actually possible to beat the tutorial. - When retrying the first level where the sorcerer is fighting, he is correctly back to max HP.

- It’s not possible to bribe one of the secret boss anymore.
