- Fixed audio ducking being triggered permanently in Windows and not only when sounds are played. - Fixed issue preventing Windows from going into hibernation because of an active audio line. That option has to be turned off to have it work: File -> Preferences -> Interface -> Toolbar -> Display microphone level on toolbar. - Fixed compatibility issue with Logitech's G Pro X headsets. The original driver's Blue VO!CE broadcast filters weren't loaded after a system restart.

The changes include: - Fixed TTS related crash after launch. It seems, that the speech synthesizer of Windows is generally malfunctioning on affected computers, and cannot be properly used even in the Windows settings. Many thanks to Даня for helping to find the culprit.

The changes include: - Temporarily removed the TTS.dll as it could crash the application upon launch on some computers. The reason for the crash is not yet clear. Now the TTS component won't allow the selection of newer voices until the cause is found and fixed. If you were able to launch v4.0.0 without that problem and want to try the full TTS stuff, then you may switch to the beta version, which is v4.0.0.
