Only a fix for a possible case of crashing in edit mode
We're pushing a new version into the Beta channel now. It has a couple of new test things. NOTE! This version may have crashes! You can switch to the beta channel from Properties, Betas on Steam. There's no beta key, just select the beta version and close. You can switch away from beta version if you have issues with it, just opt out of betas in the same place. So what's new? Forgot to mention v1.4.0 so let's do that first! It brings more settings for Twitch Chat options. Now it's not just for mods that can use chat commands, you can choose which groups can! You can let everyone, subs, mods, turbo users to write things to chat and have Stream Control do things! This is just a small first step for more actions available, stay tuned for additional things in v1.5.0 later this year (hopefully). Then to v1.4.1, wihch is totes random. Due to the way OBS Studio implemented Groups (they're scenes within scenes) it's a bit difficult to handle items inside them properly. This version addresses some issues and should make toggling work better with them. So if you had trouble toggling visibility of your funny GIFs inside a group, take this one for a spin!
v1.3.7 fixes an issue with some users and hotkeys not registering correctly on startup. They should now all be handled properly. Also previoysly not reported new things: Filter enable/disable. Add funny filter to your voice? Turn it on or off with the push of a button! Same with video filters Version check so that OBS Studio and OBS WebSocket aren't too old. If they are too old there will be issues with compatibility Support for newer version of mobile app which loads images to buttons differently. For some reason the Studio Mode controls have been missing. Now they've been added to Scenes section of the software. You can turn Studio Mode on or off and transition between the scenes. Setting the scene to transition to can be set with the usual Scene Change button. Happy studioing!
Streamlabs changed the way their OBS works so this fixes those things. Now connecting to SLOBS works again. Note! You have to go to Settings - Remote control and click on the QR code before clicking Connect on Stream Control. SLOBS apparently added a security feature so you can't just connect without doing this first. We will still continue to test that nothing else was broken in their updates and might push more updates if things are found.
We added copy/paste and import/export to Multifunctions also due to report of them being impossible to use there. This should help in creating better Multifunctions easily. We also added dragging items into Multifunctions like it existed before. Once again, thanks for the feedback!
First new thing here: new Multifunction interface! Now when editing a Multifunction you'll be greeted with a tree instead of a grid. This makes it more intuitive to see what is going on and how the actions run. Note: Old Multifunctions may show empty actions and Up Folder actions, you can delete these with right mouse click. Next version hopefully does this automatically. Second new thing: Chat Commands! You can now set a Twitch chat command that will run an action on Stream Control! The commands work for the streamer and mods at the moment, better control will be added later. Forgot to change
We added a feature that the app rememberes location on screen. No more moving it around all the time for those who want it in a specific place. Thanks for the feature suggestion!
Version 1.1.3 is now out with a couple of bug fixes: Control key works properly in keypresses Alt key works properly in keypresses A capital letter in hold keys may cause hang Multimedia button "previous" sent "play/pause" instead Also added a feature of sending AltGr in keypresses with # modifier instead of the % for left alt. There's still a few things in need of checking in the key handling but this should fix the problems reported to us. Once again, thank you very much for the reports!
We've published v1.1.1 with a couple of changes: Fixed key press command, it only accepted the {home} etc written in lowercase Added Streamlabs Roll Credits functionality Changed the UI style slightly Thanks for the comments and reports! Also about the future. Since we have a strong feature set working we're going to focus on a couple of usability things next. The programmability features aren't the best since they are just the same grid and it's not obvious how they work. We wanted to have a nice tree structure to make it clear from the start but it was faster to get the product out this way.
v1.1.0 pushed out Fixes an issue with some programs not launching (like OBS Studio) since the working directory was not set to their liking. Now they will be hapy. Thanks for the report! Also added an indicator for Twitch chat connection. Later will change some other iconography also in the application. More to come, keep the suggestions and reports coming :)
We did say there were performance enhancements in the mobile apps, but we needed to do a bit more. Now the apps work even nicer after we get this update out. It will be in two parts: this PC app first so you can get it running, then come the mobile apps. This due to the new mobile app not working fully with the old PC app so we need to wait for the updates. Also we fixed the Pause and Keypress "wait for pressing again" things. Now in Pause zero means "wait until I press again" and in Keypress zero is "don't wait" and one is "wait until I press again." This is due to not being able to input -1
