We have released a new version of Wizardry: Labyrinth of Lost Souls. Build Number: 4637633 We have received reports that the wrong save data was being loaded by the autosave file. This update addresses this issue, and as long as the autosave file was not manually edited by the user, it should load the correct data. Please let us know if you still have issues with the save data. This update addresses the following issues: -Game reads incorrect save data as most recent when loading the autosave file -Words for "Attack target" and "attack method" swapped for some Japanese battle messages -Mouse c

We have released a new version of Wizardry: Labyrinth of Lost Souls. Build Number: 4611228 This build fixes the following issue: -"Wish" spell displays the same three choices regardless of effect. With the fix, all five potential choices now have a chance of appearing, as intended. Issues we are still looking into: -Attack target and method swapped for some Japanese battle messages This update has also been released on GOG (Version 1.0.9)

We have released a new version of Wizardry: Labyrinth of Lost Souls. Build Number (Steam): 4595270 This build implements the following features: -Mouse control functionality added to the following sub-menus: treasure chests, spells, item identification. -"Toggle" for Turbo Mode has been added to the Settings menu. This function will allow you to toggle the mode on and off by pressing the assigned button/key. "Hold" is still available as an option. -Auto-battle mode restored to the game. Wizardry: Labyrinth Of Lost Souls is a translated PC port of the Japanese game released in 2009. Sir-Tech’s original Wizardry games were among those that defined the entire RPG genre, particularly those concerned with sending a party into dungeons to kill everything. In 1991 they inspired a separate branch of spin-offs in Japan that continued long after the North American series petered out. This entry in that line finally came to English speaking PCs today. Wizardry: Labyrinth of Lost Souls Release Timing Update

Unfortunately, due to the unforeseen IP licensing issue previously mentioned, Wizardry: Labyrinth of Lost Souls will not be able to launch on PC this year. Discussions with the licensor have concluded that this title cannot launch until early next year. We too are eager to get this game out, and appreciate our fans' patience with this delay. We look forward to sharing more specifics as soon as we can.
