In this update the players of Mobocratic Union receive the possibility to elect the European Commission President. The prospective Presidents propose political programs to the European Parliament which then proceeds to elect the Presidential candidate who gathers enough support from the different European Parliament groups. After the President is elected, the Commission now has a consistent ideology as opposed to the random number generation from before this update. Introducing the new and improved European continent map. We completely redrew the map from the ground up with higher detail and more respect for geography. We enhanced the MU map engine by allowing the addition of islands as part of countries, making it possible to include Åland, Sardinia, and the Balearic Islands, among others, on the map.
