I was playing some games on my Steam Deck using ReShade to add a CRT filter to the experience (as an aside, know what game looks really nice on a CRT monitor, or with a CRT shader? Firewatch.) and so I tried it out on Toilet Spiders and I was like... damn this looks nice. But a lover of Toilet Spiders like yourself shouldn't have to use a third-party tool to get this sweet sweet CRT look, I should just put it right in the game! It's been fun working on Toilet Spiders, and I'm excited to bring the game out of Early Access with the 1.0 Update! Thank you everyone who's played and provided feedback. Hotfix for a stuck bug that was discovered in the barracks-- no, not a spider that was stuck, but a place the player could get stuck, if they tried to climb inside the footlocker trunk that has its lid busted off and leaning there like a little ramp. You used to be able to climb in there and then you couldn't get out; now you can't get in at all. Please, the footlockers are not a jungle gym.

The VIBES UPDATE is here! As you may have guessed, the big addition is full controller vibration support throughout the game. Now when your geiger counter goes off you'll feel it rumble in your hands, along with rumble feedback for other interactions and scripted moments. Controller rumble support is a first for a Fullbright game! It was fun to get figured out and get working and wired up throughout the game. Fullbright Presents TOILET SPIDERS Early Access Update #2 is HERE! After last patch's usability and QoL focus, this time around I'm leaning into more story-based requests I've seen from the community. To this end, the game now kicks off with an intro sequence setting the stage for your Volunteer mission. And if you're able to successfully escape, stick around after the credits for an ending sequence that wraps up your victory! It's been less than a week since TOILET SPIDERS invaded your innocent computer, and the first update is now available!
