Fixed missing characters in Russian, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, and Turkish.

Game is now DPI aware so if you experienced problems with the game resolution when your display scale was not set to 100%, this issue has now been resolved.The screen flashing and glitching experienced by some laptop users has been fixed.
