Elective Affair is an Adult Romance Visual Novel. You play Dorian Pryce, founder of a cosmetic-surgery empire facing a wrongful-death lawsuit. Three high-stakes romances pull you in: Gabi the grieving sister, Bianca the co-founder wife, and Mara the witness anesthesiologist.
